When you are done ordering sizes and/or colors of your first product selection, if you know the name and or product code of the next item you want, simply enter it in the Next Product Selection box (visible on each product detail page), click on the “>” symbol and you will be transported directly to your desired product. No need to pass through a lot of screens. At the present time, online ordering is available to customers ordering in US dollars only. If you prefer, you can place your order by phone or fax. Our toll free fax line is 1-866-793-1150. Our toll free order line (visible in the top banner when you logon as a registered user) is open M-F (7:30am-4:30pm Eastern time) closed weekends and holidays. If you do not specify your desired shipping method, your order will be shipped by UPS Ground. You may also specify any UPS expedited shipping method. We also ship via USPS to Alaska and Hawaii, and will ship FEDEX, RPS or DHL using your account number. We make every effort to ship within 1 business day (excluding holidays). . To ship to separate addresses, you must complete separate orders. We are proud of our product and stand behind it. For returns due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of your purchase, please call our toll free line for full credit, exchange or refund. In some instances we may request that you send the defective product back to us at our expense, so that we may examine it to learn what went wrong.. Other returns may be accepted in season at our discretion, with a 15% charge for restocking. Call for an RA number if you wish to make a return, and please tell us why. We make every effort to keep our customers happy. If you paid by credit card, your refund will be posted to your credit card.
