Returns Policy and Process
What is the return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. Items returned must be tagged and unworn. If you purchased our products from a third party vendor or retailer, you must return your items to that vendor or retailer who may have their own return policy. Final Sale items aren’t eligible for returns or refunds.
How do I return items?
If you have an account, log in and click My Orders. Click View Order, then click Start a Return to begin the return process.
If you don't have an account, use our guest form to process your return. Start by entering your order number and your email, and clicking Submit. You’ll have the option to create a Return Authorization and print out a packing slip for your return. Simply mail the items to the following address using a shipping company of your choice.

How much does return shipping cost?
When returning your order, you have the option to use the carrier of your choice. Rates will depend on that company’s shipping rates and the weight of your package.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
We process returns within 7 days of receipt. Please allow an additional 3-5 days for your bank or credit card company to show a refund in your account or on your billing statement.
